CEO, Kendal at Oberlin
The Kendal at Oberlin (KaO) Board of Directors is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide vision and strategic leadership for KaO and its affiliate partnerships, including Kendal Northern Ohio (KNO). Bringing a passionate commitment to KaO’s mission, core values and programs, the CEO is directly accountable to the KaO Board of Directors. The CEO also participates in the Leadership Forum of the Kendal System to lead KaO in harmony with the Kendal System’s Values and Practices, the strategic directions of the Kendal System and the Affiliation Agreement with The Kendal Corporation. Responsible for building a foundation of operational excellence and sustainable infrastructure, while attracting a dedicated and diverse workforce to deliver the highest quality care and services, the CEO also serves as chief liaison between KaO and local community and governmental agencies. This role is crucial in developing relationships and building on a caring, collaborative culture among residents, staff, boards, and external organizations.
