5 Strategic Themes to Guide Our Work
Early in 2016, the Kendal System’s leadership team collaborated to identify five strategic themes to guide and help staff, residents/members and board members to work more closely, consistently and effectively together. The stories in this year’s Annual Report focus on these five themes in action and on community engagement.
