Lynne has served Kendal at Home as Executive Director since its inception in 2003. An early pioneer in the Continuing Care at Home (CCAH) field, Kendal at Home was one of the first of five programs across the country and the only one of its type in Ohio. The program was designed to serve aging adults in their own homes by becoming advocates in the care of those individuals. Kendal at Home continues to empower members to live independently through wellness programs, technology initiatives and an ongoing relationship with a care coordinator team. Led by Lynne’s vision, Kendal at Home has served nearly 300 individuals in northern Ohio.

In addition, as a member of the LeadingAge Ohio Leadership Academy Design Team and Lead Facilitator of the Academy, Lynne has played an integral role in developing leadership in the field of aging. Her passion for encouraging her staff to grow and lead is felt not only among Kendal at Home staff but also throughout the state of Ohio.

Founded in 1937, LeadingAge Ohio is a nonprofit member driven organization that represents approximately 500 long-term care organizations and hospices, as well as those providing ancillary health care and housing services, in more than 150 Ohio towns and cities. Member organizations serve an estimated 400,000 older Ohioans and employ more than 35,000 persons statewide.
