Kendal on Hudson, a Life Plan Community (CCRC) nestled along the stunning Hudson River, proudly announces its 20th Anniversary Celebration. This momentous milestone commemorates two decades of fostering connection, lifelong learning, and well-being among residents.
Since its founding, Kendal on Hudson has been the home of choice for older adults seeking active, enriching lifestyles supported by Quaker-inspired values and a commitment to excellence.
“Twenty years ago, a vision was brought to life along the banks of the Hudson River, creating a place where residents could thrive, learn, and grow together,” said Jean Eccleston, CEO of Kendal on Hudson. “Today, we honor our past while setting our sights on an even brighter future through refreshed spaces, innovative programs, and a thriving culture.”
Resident Hildegarde Gray shares, “We came to Kendal on Hudson because of its emphasis on vibrant community. Kendal on Hudson is like a hamlet in a village on the beautiful Hudson River. Our sense of community is anchored in Kendal on Hudson, but expands to Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and beyond. We’re excited to celebrate the wonderful foundation 20 years of Kendal on Hudson has given us and look forward to the next 20.”
