April 7, 2026 —The Kendal System Winter Leadership Forum convened in March 2026, bringing our community together for three days of meaningful connection, shared learning, and collaborative planning. Guided by shared values, the comprehensive agenda focused on empowering our communities and thoughtfully embracing the future of aging.
Strengthening Our Foundation
Leadership shared transparent updates on the state of the Kendal System, including affiliation agreements, brand evolution, and other system progress. Those gathered reviewed TKC development and System growth initiatives and previewed new CEO Dashboard prototypes designed to support informed leadership.
Empowering Through Technology
Together, they explored appropriate ways to integrate new technologies into Affiliate communities, including discussions focused on updating resident agreements to allow clear, transparent opt-ins for smart-home testing. Additionally, Delta Technologies provided an inspiring demonstration of the LPad platform, highlighting accessible features to enhance the daily lives of residents.
Nurturing Community
An educational session on Inclusive Dementia Care reinforced a commitment to empathetic, person-centered support. And those gathered refreshed their consensus-building skills to ensure every voice is valued. The session also included a warm recognition of the invaluable contributions of Lynne Giacobbe, retired CEO of Kendal at Home.
