Chicago Tribune reports 'Art is Ageless' at The Admiral at the Lake

May 13, 2016—A feature article, titled “Art is Ageless,” published in the Primetime section of the May 13 Chicago Tribune states that The Admiral at the Lake and The Mather in Evanston “are so chock full of art and artists, you would think they were transplanted from Soho or Paris.”

The article credits residents on The Admiral’s art committee for “encouraging artists and would-be artists” by mounting art exhibitions in The Admiral’s gallery that change every two months. Resident Jan Petry, a wood sculptor who heads up the art committee, has been recognized in the Chicago art community for her curatorial work at Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art.
