Building the Kendal Data Platform
To support Affiliates, we need an infrastructure built for the future. TKC is currently developing the Kendal Data Platform, a unified data environment that uses cloud services such as Microsoft Fabric. Launching in 2026 through 2027, this platform will break down data silos across HR, Finance, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
This means always-available, validated data that securely supports clinical teams with actionable insights and predictive analytics to anticipate resident needs.
By empowering teams with reliable, real-time data, the Kendal Data Platform will pave the way for more informed decision-making at every level of our organization. We are rebooting and expanding our performance dashboards to give Affiliate leadership teams real-time visibility into operations. By bringing peer groups together around a single source of truth (the data), we enable collaboration and relationship building across the entire Kendal System.
