Several Kendal affiliates offer the greater community the opportunity for direct admission to their health centers for rehab therapies and services. These services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy and are typically covered by Medicare and other insurances.

For a limited time, residents of the wider community who need personal care, restorative and rehabilitative services, skilled nursing or hospice care may apply for direct admission to skilled nursing or assisted living at Kendal at Granville. In addition, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are available on an outpatient basis. Kendal at Lexington, Borden Center

Lexington, Virginia

Located near Washington and Lee University and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

In addition to the rehabilitation therapies and services listed above, Borden Center offers aquatic therapy, respite care*, end of life care, and long term care services.
