Recipe Serves Three to Six
Ingredients:
| Focaccia Italian Flat Bread |
1 focaccia or 3 6-inch Italian rolls |
| Chicken Breast |
12 oz grilled and shredded |
| Tomatoes - fresh |
2 Cups diced |
| Spinach - fresh |
2 Cups washed and trimmed |
| Brie cheese wheel |
6 ounces, sliced |
Instruction Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Slice focaccia in half lengthwise
- Grill chicken breast until cooked thoroughly, shred or slice thinly.
- Place spinach on bottom half of focaccia, then a layer each of tomato, chicken and brie.
- Top with other half of focaccia and place in oven for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
